📋 Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Davyne.co ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Davyne.co is a Solana token launchpad that allows users to:
- Create SPL (Solana Program Library) tokens
- Add liquidity to decentralized exchange (DEX) pools
- Track token performance
- Manage token liquidity
3. Fees and Costs
Setup Fee: A one-time fee of 0.05 SOL (or as displayed at time of creation) is required to create a token. This fee covers blockchain rent costs and platform operations.
Liquidity: Users must add a minimum of 0.05 SOL in liquidity. This liquidity stays in YOUR pool and earns YOU trading fees. You maintain full control over your liquidity.
Trading Fees: Standard DEX trading fees apply when users trade your token (typically 0.25% per trade on Raydium/Orca, which goes to liquidity providers).
4. User Responsibilities
- Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
- Compliance: You agree not to create tokens that violate any laws or regulations.
- Due Diligence: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency investments carry risk, and you should conduct your own research.
- Legitimate Use: You agree not to use the Platform for scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
5. No Custody
Davyne.co is a non-custodial platform. We do NOT hold your private keys or control your funds. All transactions are signed client-side in your Phantom wallet. You maintain full control over your assets at all times.
6. Disclaimers
- No Financial Advice: Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Risk of Loss: Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk of loss. You may lose all funds invested.
- No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about token performance, liquidity, or trading volume.
- Network Dependencies: The Platform relies on the Solana blockchain and third-party DEXs (Raydium, Orca). We are not responsible for issues with these services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davyne.co and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Transparency and Trust
We are committed to transparency:
- All transactions are visible on Solana Explorer
- All fees are clearly disclosed before transactions
- All smart contracts and platform operations are auditable
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
